I have designed a mentorship program based on my experience as a new yoga teacher, and the support I needed at the time. There is a large emphasis placed on personal practice, as I noticed when I started teaching this was the hardest thing to maintain. As a teacher, your personal practice is a well of knowledge, and as a student, it is an anchor to return to and grow from.
The program runs for 6 weeks. Each week includes:
~ A PDF discussing the focus of the week
~ A sequence for your home practice
~ A session (Skype or in person)
The topics we will explore are voice, sequencing and theming, cueing and assists, Philosophy (choice of text), Yin, Filling your personal practice cup.
